Rideback Seeks Assistant to Support the TV Team

Leading film and TV company Rideback is seeking an outstanding assistant to support the Television team and become part of our growing community in service of creativity. 

The role reports directly to the EVP of Television and works closely with the Manager of Television. This is a very demanding desk in a fast paced environment. Candidate must be able to execute precisely while juggling multiple tasks and workstreams in parallel. 

Department has two series in pre-production, sells to broadcast and cable/ streaming plus assists with the Rideback TV Incubator program in partnership with MRC. Company has a broadcast deal at CBS Television Studios. Candidates should be exceptionally self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and prepared to operate remotely for the foreseeable future. Requirements also include a strong work ethic, terrific oral and written communication skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Ideal candidate is someone who can proactively anticipate challenges before they arise to help the team function with both internal and external collaborators. We are a small but potent team, so these skills all come into play.

Responsibilities of the position include scheduling of writer/studio/network meetings, assisting in evaluating materials and scripts, building talent databases, creating PowerPoint presentations for pitches, helping with virtual community events, and being a proactive and present member of the team.
