The CSU recently received legislative authority to offer the Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD), as that will soon become the primary degree for entry into the profession. Currently, the CSU has two Master of Science degree programs in Occupational Therapy:
CSU Dominguez Hills and
San José State University.
The OTD degree will be focused on preparing occupational therapists to provide health care services and will be consistent with the standards for accreditation set forth by the appropriate accrediting body.
