Kelly is University Counsel for San Diego State University. Previously, she served in a similar role at California State University, Chico. In addition to her responsibilities as University Counsel, Kelly also serves as a member of the Office of General Counsel Human Resources Team and is a resource attorney for Collective Bargaining, Whistleblower/WBR, and benefits.
Prior to joining the CSU, Kelly was the Associate General Counsel, Litigation for the University of Southern California, where she headed all litigation and dispute resolution matters. Kelly is admitted to practice law in California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
