Carrie is the Assistant Vice Chancellor & Chief Counsel, External Relations and serves as counsel to the Chancellor's Office personnel department. She previously advised the Chico, Monterey Bay and San Bernardino campuses. Carrie is a resource attorney on Conflict of Interest, Records Access/PRA, NAGPRA/CalNAGPRA and Auxiliaries. Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, Carrie practiced law at Reed Smith LLP and BakerHostetler, where she specialized in business litigation.
