Steven Raskovich

Steven Raskovich has been with the California State University Office of General Counsel since 1997 and is currently University Counsel for California State University, San Bernardino. He previously served in a similar role at California State University, Northridge. ​He is on the Office of General Counsel's Academic and Student Affairs team and is a resource attorney for Residency, FERPA and Leaves. ​Steven has also represented the San Diego and Chico campuses and been responsible for the Utilities, Intellectual Property, Residency, Unlawful Detainer and the Disability Law specialty assignments. Prior to his University Counsel assignment, Steven was a litigator in the Office of General Counsel's Litigation Group. Prior to ioining the Office of General Counsel, he was a litigation associate with LeBoeuf, Lamb, Green & MacRae and a litigation and transactional partner in his own firm, with an emphasis in telecommunications law and general business litigation and transactions.
