The Data Element Item number for reporting the number of academic days worked was updated to appropriately indicate “Item 606” under Audit Instructions #1,“Nonacademic to Academic (Item 719 = 35) or 12 Month Employee to 10/12 or 11/12 or 8/12 pay plan”, bullet point two under “c”. The hyperlink was also updated accordingly.
Language was added under “General Information” #8 to clarify Items 415/416 need to be deleted if the employee moves back to their former position.

Classification code 2403- FT Faculty Unit- Additional Employment was added to the list of affected classifications under "GC 20300(k) Overtime Capacity".
