Servicemember and Veteran Students

Military servicemembers and veterans, who believe they are experiencing discrimination, harassment or retaliation because of their status as a servicemember or veteran, may file a discrimination complaint. (See also, Discrimination, H​arassment and Retaliation). The CSU offers Veterans Affairs Programs and Services at its campuses. For more information about these programs, please visit the Veterans Affairs Programs and Services webpage​ for information and assistance in locating the campus services.

The CSU is an equal opportunity employer and provides each applicant with the opportunity to declare the applicant’s status as a military servicemember or veteran. Military servicemembers and veterans, who believe they are experiencing discrimination may file a discrimination complaint.

Servicemember and Veteran Employees of the CSU

An employee who is a servicemember or veteran is a member of a protected status. If an employee is experiencing discrimination, harassment or retaliation because of this protected status or if an employee is not receiving the rights and benefits to which a servicemember or veteran is entitled, that employee may file a complaint.
