Military servicemembers and veterans, who believe they are experiencing discrimination, harassment or retaliation because of their status as a servicemember or veteran, may file a discrimination complaint. Servicemember and Veteran Employees of the CSU
An employee who is a servicemember or veteran is a member of a protected status. If an employee is experiencing discrimination, harassment or retaliation because of this protected status or if an employee is not receiving the rights and benefits to which a servicemember or veteran is entitled, that employee may file a complaint.
