Continuing CDIP Fellows

As a continuing CDIP Fellow, you are required to update your academic status annually (even if you are not
borrowing money). While in the program, you will fall into one of two participant status categories: continuing eligible to borrow or continuing ineligible to borrow.

CONTINUING ELIGIBLE TO BORROW

Fellows who are in good standing and have remaining loan funds may withdraw up to $10,000 a year (maximum
of $30,000 over the course of the program). The amount withdrawn will be split by the number of terms in the
fellow'​s academic year: 2 disbursements for a semester system or 3 disbursements for a quarter system.

What You Need To Do to Continue Participation:

Forms must reach our office by the date indicated below:

1. Submit your Graduate Student Status Report Online (once a year) - August 18
   
2. Student Enrollment Verification Form(each term) - October 27

3. Submit your 2022-2023 Loan Request Form On InfoReady - August 18
   Sign Loan Packet through adobe sign - October 27:
1. ​Loan Disclosure Statement (emailed to you after submitting your loan request)
2. Promisso​​ry Note
3. Student Enrollment Verification Form​(each term)​
4. Personal and Confidential Form

Forms 1- 4 will be available through an Adobe Sign link we will email you.
Full-time verification needs to be emailed separately to cdip@calstate.edu.

CONTINUING INELIGIBLE TO BORROW

Fellows who have withdrawn the full $30,000 (maximum allowed) are ineligible to borrow more funds. Fellows still must submit the following:
