Adrian S. Harrell is the president of New Bridge Management, a real estate investment firm in Turlock. Adrian has worked as a real estate broker in Turlock for fifteen years. Her responsibilities in real estate include identifying and directing growth strategies, product development and marketing services. She has managed the operations of multimillion-dollar facilities and was responsible for construction and development, sales and marketing and escrow processes of several sell out projects. Her client list has included individual investors as well as medium to large companies such as Ashley Investments and E&J Gallo Winery. Her efforts have resulted in the company’s recognition as the best real estate asset management company in Turlock and the region for more than 6 years in a row. Before working in real estate, Adrian lived and worked in Europe, providing consulting services to Fortune 200 companies, helping them expand their market shares in Western and Eastern Europe as well as into the Middle East and North Africa.

She is involved in the community and her activities of interest include donating her time to Modesto Sister Cities International; a non-for-profit organization that manages Modesto’s international relationship with its seven sister cities around the world; where she served as the President of the board of directors for 8 years. Adrian also serves as the Chair of the Alumni Association at CSU, Stanislaus, her alma mater. Additionally, she has served in several key leadership positions at such organizations such as the National Association of Residential Property Manager, Central Valley Association of Realtors and Central Valley Professional Exchange. Her philanthropic efforts have earned her Woman of the Year for Developing International Goodwill and Understanding and Good Neighbor of the Year Awards. She also contributes to a local magazine on real estate investment issues and appears as a guest speaker.

Adrian holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and French from CSU, Stanislaus, Masters in International Business Administration from Alliant University in San Diego, Masters in International Management from Thunderbird (ASU) in Phoenix, AZ and two certificates from Harvard Law School in Mediation and Negotiations.
