In 1983, founded Soy Vay, a gourmet Asian sauce, marinade and dressing company. Business developed with partner Heidi Chien, while he was still a student at Humboldt State.
After gaining national recognition for his award-winning line of sauces in 2000, dedicated his efforts full time to his growing business.
Today, sales continue to grow both nationally and internationally, and Soy Vay products can be found in both national chain and specialty food stores.
Soy Vay products are certified kosher, and the soy oil is certified organic.
