  • CEO of RGA Environmental, a health and safety consulting firm specializing in compliance of chemical, physical and biological hazards in the workplace. Firm is consistently ranked one of the largest women-owned businesses in the Bay Area, according to the San Francisco Business Times.
  • RGA Environmental was hired for toxic cleanup after Hurricane Katrina and for restoration projects, including the Oakland Tribune Tower, the Fox Theater in Oakland, the Berkeley Public Library and the repainting of the state capitol dome in Sacramento.
  • Served on the Board of Directors for the Architectural Foundation of San Francisco. The foundation provides San Francisco secondary students with learning opportunities and scholarship programs focused on the built environment.
  • Member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). She assists Bay Area women-owned businesses achieve WBE certification. Also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
  • Finalist, East Bay Business Times’ Women of Distinction Award in 2007.
  • Presents a variety of business and environmental health and safety topics for national organizations such as the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
