Chair of the board of the California Children’s Hospital Association and member of the board of the California Hospital Association.
Founding member of the National Forum for Latino Healthcare Executives and past-chair of the Institute for Diversity in Health Management, a nonprofit organization that works with healthcare organizations to expand leadership opportunities for ethnic minorities in health services management.
