B.S. Hospitality Management (1983)​

  • Gendreau is responsible for Strategy, Growth and Revenue Initiatives for Food & Beverage Operations as well as integrating training, development and technology in support of operation teams.
  • Her career with Disney began in 2006 when she became the director of concept and product development at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts.
  • Prior to joining Disney, she worked for Spartan Shops, Inc. at San José State University overseeing residential dining, catering, vending and 13 retail restaurants serving more than 29,000 students.
  • Gendreau joined the Cal Poly Pomona Rose Float program in her first quarter as a student; it was the start of a life-changing experience. She quickly moved into a role as a student leader with the program, remaining an active member until graduation.
  • She remains connected with Cal Poly Pomona’s Rose Float program as a Board member on the Cal Poly Pomona Rose Float Alumni Association, working with students each year to produce an award-​winning Tournament of Roses parade float.
