Leads the product development teams for Microsoft Office Word, OneNote and Publisher, and the Microsoft Education team.
Active participant in Microsoft recruiting and in scholarship programs for minorities and women.
Led the team that integrated Microsoft Office updates with Microsoft Update, managed the Technology Adoption Program and technical betas for Office 2003 and the 2007 Office system, and led the Microsoft Office Y2K preparedness effort.
Her career accomplishments, determination and dedication were showcased by Women in Technology International in 1996.
Joined Microsoft in 1989 as a software test manager for Microsoft Word.
