Vision

The California State University Federal Relations team are trusted advocates and thought leaders on all federal matters of higher education. We are experts who can be relied upon for valued advice and information by federal officials, national associations, and CSU partners.

Mission

The California State University (CSU) Office of Federal Relations (OFR) enhances the reputation of the CSU by cultivating effective and sustainable relationships with federal officials and staff, executive branch agencies and higher education stakeholders to advance the vision and values of the CSU, its 23 universities and approximately half a million students we serve.
