On Tuesday, March 19, 2019, COAST will host the annual Ocean Day luncheon and informational briefing for the eighth year in a row. A panel of four experts will discuss sea-level rise and its impacts to vulnerable and disadvantaged communities.

     - Dr. Juliano Calil, Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey
     - Mayor Serge Dedina, City of Imperial Beach
     - Mr. Jack Ainsworth, California Coastal Commission
