The AGEP California State University Underrepresented Minority STEM Faculty Alliance Model is a culturally-informed, strengths-based approach to advance early-career faculty success.
A collaboration of four CSU campuses, this research project seeks to improve faculty retention, promotion and tenure for newly hired underrepresented minority STEM faculty at the CSU.
Our leadership team is composed of faculty, deans and others from the campuses, the Chancellor’s Office and external advisors.
