The Financial Officers Association (FOA) assists the CSU and the Chancellor’s Office in planning, developing and communicating new and improved policies and procedures related to accounting and budgeting issues. The FOA is comprised of one delegate per campus, selected by the campus’ Chief Administrative and Business Officer.

After continuing to monitor coronavirus developments, the CSU Business Conference Planning committee has decided to cancel the 2020 CSU Business Conference scheduled for April 14-16. The health and safety of our conference attendees and communities were our top priorities as we made this decision.
