Directions and Parking Information

From Los Angeles
Connect from the 405, 91, 105, 5, 60, or 10 freeways to the 710 freeway. Take the 710 south toward Long Beach. Stay in the left-hand (Downtown/Aquarium) lanes, not the right-hand (Port/Queen Mary) lanes. Take the Golden Shore exit. Turn right onto Golden Shore. The Chancellor’s Office (CO) is ahead on your left.

From Orange County
Take the 405 North to the 710 South and follow the directions above. Or take 405 North to the 22 West, which becomes 7th Street. Follow 7th Street for about four miles from Pacific Coast Highway. Turn left on Alamitos Avenue. Turn right on Ocean Boulevard. Go about one mile and turn left on Golden Shore.

Visitor Parking
Visitor parking is located in the Catalina Landing parking structure adjacent to 401 Golden Shore. To reach the structure, continue on Golden Shore through the Catalina Express drop-off. Make a left at the end of the structure. The parking entrance will be on your left side.

South on Queens Way: Use the right lane to take the Golden Shore ramp to Catalina Landing. Go right at the stop sign, then make another immediate right. The parking entrance will be on your left side. 

All Catalina Landing parking tickets can be validated at the front desk in the lobby of the Chancellor’s Office at 401 Golden Shore.

The security desk (562-951-4001) in the lobby of the Chancellor’s Office can assist you in reaching your contact at the CO or in locating a meeting room.

​Guest Wireless Network Information

Wireless connectivity is available to guests attending an event or meeting at the Chancellor’s Office, Monday through Friday. Please review the guest acceptable use policy in advance of your arrival. Visitors from other campuses or higher education institutions will be provided access to the eduroam network for enhanced service.
