  • Took on a traditionally male-dominated industry when she stepped into the role of manager of scheduling operations for one of the fastest-growing cable networks in the country - the NFL network in Culver City.
  • She is the first African-American woman to hold a management position at the company, and in 2012 was promoted to senior manager, overseeing the production facility, scheduling personnel, and a staff of 25 direct reports and 250 freelance employees for all studio operations and some remote productions.
  • She credits her career in management and part two her time at CSU Dominguez Hills where she engaged with faculty who exposed her to the realities of business and acquired the leadership skills she utilizes today.
  • She is an active member of many professional and community organizations including the National Black MBA Association - Los Angeles Chapter where she serves as president, WISE (Women in Sports and Events), National Association of the Women's Interactive Network, National Association of Professional Women, and is a volunteer with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America.
