Transfer Credit Summary

CSU campuses may provide to transfer students a summary of transfer credit/individual degree plan or a summary of courses that are being accepted for transfer.


Campus
  1. When is a Summary of Transfer Credit provided to students?
  2. In what format (online only, paper form only, or both) is the degree audit available?
Bakersfield
  1. A preliminary detail of transfer credit is posted after admitted students accept admission and sign up for an orientation.
  2. The degree audit is available online in the Student Center page (academic requirements) at www.my.csub.edu
Channel Islands
  1. A preliminary transfer degree progress report and transfer credit summary is available for matriculated students who have submitted transcripts by the deadline. All students will have access to both reports prior to their first term of attendance.
  2. The CI Academic Requirement Report (CARR) is available online only through student’s myCI. Only matriculated students receive a CARR report.
Chico
  1. A preliminary transfer degree progress report and transfer credit summary is available for students who attend Summer Orientation. All students will have access to both reports prior to their first term of attendance.
  2. Students access both reports online through the Student Center located within their Portal Account.
Dominguez Hills
  1. At Mandatory New Student Orientation for students who have submitted transcripts. Otherwise, prior to or during the first term of enrollment.
  2. The Degree Audit is available online at www.mycsudh.edu to students at the time of admission except for those who are admitted on self-reported information.
East Bay
  1. By the end of the second term of enrollment
  2. A CSU Degree Advisement Report (DAR) is online at MyCSUEB. Students can see a preliminary evaluation of transfer credit once admitted.
Fresno
  1. Student will be notified before mandatory new student orientation. ADT transfer students will receive a complete degree audit when transcript is received showing completed ADT.
  2. Online only, but a printable Degree Audit Report is available on student’s portal page.
Fullerton
  1. By the end of first term of enrollment
  2. The Titan Degree Audit is available online at https://my.fullerton.edu to students at the time of admission except for those who are admitted on self-reported information.
Humboldt
  1. At student orientation (official degree audit). SB1440 students will receive a revised degree report showing remaining 60 unit requirements when transcript is received showing completed AA-T or AS-T.
  2. Online
Long Beach
  1. Online, following submission of transcripts during the admissions process and throughout the academic career as transfer coursework is submitted.
  2. Online only but students can print it
Los Angeles
  1. Preliminary transfer credit at orientation

  2. The Degree Audit/Academic Requirements report is used exclusively for all degree requirements, online only.
San Bernardino

  2. The Paws Audit is available through https://mycoyote.cms.csusb.edu.
San Diego
  1. At student orientation, a preliminary degree audit is available for those who attend; otherwise during the first semester of attendance.
  2. Students attending orientation receive a paper preliminary degree audit and have access to the online official version during their first semester of attendance. Students not attending orientation have online access to their official degree audit during their first semester of attendance.
San Francisco
  1. Prior to enrollment/prior to or during first term of enrollment

San José
