Anna Ortiz-Morfit graduated from University of San Francisco in 1998 with a BA in History. She began her career at Hotchkis and Wiley Capital in Los Angeles, a mutual fund manager. She worked in the International Equity division as a European equity investment analyst focused on the financial services and consumer sectors.
From 2001-2003, Anna was an Investment Associate at Strong Capital Management where she worked in International Equity on the Strong Overseas Fund.
Anna has spent the last decade focusing on education non-profit work. She sits on the Board of Trustees at University of San Francisco, the Vision of Hope and is a member of the Common Sense Media advisory board. She has been a trustee at Town School for Boys and a member of the KIPP Bay Area Charter School development committee.
